David Le is the founder of Bang Bang Canteen, a Vietnamese concept in Fitzrovia London. It launched in 2014 and in those years, David has developed a wide skill set encompasses all aspects of restaurant launch and management. He has put the systems in place to ensure the smooth running of the restaurants, bringing creativity and innovation to the business.
Peter has over 10 years experience in the restaurant business, working in Loong Kee (Hackney), Hoa Viet (Camberwell). He graduated in Business Finance & Accounting at Greenwich University working currently as a senior accounts manager and executive at Erith Horticulture for the last 8 years. The combination of restaurant experience with accounting expertise will be a truly valuable to Presotea.
